Worksite management and incident resolution **Positions Available** ---------------------- 6 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 6 Foremen/Forewomen \- PPA Sanitary Activities (Barcelona) **Work Location** -------------------- * Barcelona Work will be carried out within the province of Barcelona, with possible travel throughout the region. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks together with the supervisor, being responsible for project progress and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements and layout work. * Monitor machinery and workforce performance, as well as complete and sign required reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and worksite signage regulations; responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and cleaning tasks, as well as other analogous tasks that may arise during production processes. * Organize and coordinate human teams in carrying out specific tasks. * Supervise receipt of materials, resources provided by collaborators and subcontractors, and their respective human teams. * Be responsible for machinery and auxiliary equipment assigned to the project and resolve any incidents arising therefrom. * Supervise implementation of the project regarding quality, measurements, performance control, and materials. * Ensure compliance with the project’s occupational health and safety plan, as well as specifications regarding quality and environmental standards. * Draft daily work reports and other control documentation required by the Project Manager / Technical Supervisor. * Plan and validate tasks performed by collaborators and subcontractors. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents verifying the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), pre-university certificate (BUP or COU), or vocational training qualification (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), officially recognized in Spain. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B, currently in force. * Academic and/or professional training and/or experience related to forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2000 hours of training in forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. * Accredited training in population control measures for game species (minimum 12 hours). * Basic occupational risk prevention training in the forestry sector (minimum 50 hours) or construction sector (minimum 60 hours). * Valid firearms license. #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Prior Experience** * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in monitoring and controlling game species, in roles similar to those described in this vacancy (professional and/or economic). **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period opens today, 10/04/2026, and closes on 16/04/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
