We design and deliver a broad range of products, software and services built upon two core technologies: digital identity and data protection. Due to increased activity, we are seeking a **Product Designer \& Prepress Specialist**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the team, you will be responsible for **creating, adapting and validating graphic designs and production-ready files** for MCS products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and operational objectives. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Design and develop** final artwork and layouts for MCS products, ensuring compliance with technical, manufacturing and security requirements. * **Prepare and validate** production-ready files, ensuring conformity with printing standards and customer specifications. * **Generate imposition files, color separations and CTP files** for printing plate preparation. * **Manage final artwork approval cycles**, implementing changes and maintaining version traceability. * **Validate color proofs** (digital and physical) to ensure consistency with customer expectations. * **Provide technical support** to Production and Printing teams regarding layouts, separations and deviations. * **Create and maintain technical documentation** (final artwork records, specifications) for manufacturing and approvals. ### **Essential Requirements** * Degree in **Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Production Engineering** or related fields. * Prior experience in **manufacturing-oriented design, prepress or industrial printing**. * Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)**, imposition software (e.g., Prinergy), and printing standards (ISO 12647, G7\). * Fluent **Spanish** and **advanced English** (technical and communicative). * Analytical ability, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in **regulated industrial environments** (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP). * Knowledge of **advanced color management** (X\-Rite, Pantone) and analytical tools (Power BI, Minitab). * Experience in **NPI project management** and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. ### **What We Offer** * Flexible compensation (restaurant vouchers and social benefits including childcare, training, etc.) * Life insurance * Partially subsidized health insurance * Various work-life balance services * Savings club * Opportunity to join a global leader in cybersecurity and digital identity. * Dynamic industrial environment with a strong safety and sustainability culture. * Professional development opportunities within Thales.
