We design and deliver a broad range of products, software and services based on two core technologies: **digital identity and data protection**. Due to increased activity, we are seeking a **Packaging \& Product Designer**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the team, you will be responsible for **developing, adapting and implementing packaging solutions** for our products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and operational objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop **packaging solutions** for MCS products (SIM, SMD), ensuring compliance with technical, manufacturing and security requirements. * Coordinate with **packaging and printing suppliers** regarding materials, tooling, final artwork and mock\-ups, evaluating technical alternatives. * Manage **technical documentation** (layouts, specifications, drawings) accurately and within established deadlines. * Create **prototypes and samples** for customer validation and NPI activities, ensuring technical feasibility and manufacturability. * Collaborate on **NPI projects**, including final artwork development, material selection and documentation release. * Ensure compliance with **packaging regulations, security policies and quality standards** across all process stages. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in **Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Engineering** or related fields. * Prior experience in **packaging design** within industrial or manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of **packaging regulations, ISO 9001**, and design tools (**Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks**). * Fluent Spanish and advanced English (technical and communicative). * Analytical ability, attention to detail and orientation towards **continuous improvement**. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in **regulated industrial environments** (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP). * Knowledge of **prepress, final artwork validation and printing**. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (**Power BI, Minitab**). * Experience in **NPI project management** and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. **What We Offer?** * Flexible compensation (restaurant vouchers and social benefits such as childcare, training, etc.) * Life insurance * Partially subsidized health insurance * Various work-life balance services * Savings club * Opportunity to join a global leader in cybersecurity and digital identity. * Dynamic industrial environment with a strong culture of safety and sustainability. * Professional development opportunities within Thales.
