Main Responsibilities Strategic Management and Business Partnering: Direct reporting to Executive Management and collaboration with managers across all departments (Production, Finance, etc.) Definition and monitoring of personnel budget Analysis of HR KPIs and data-driven decision-making Recruitment, Development, and Organization: Full management of recruitment processes (internal, external, and temporary staffing agencies) Workforce planning and talent development Performance evaluation and training plans Personnel Administration: Oversight of payroll, hiring, and social security contributions (via external payroll provider) Attendance, leave, permissions, and working hours tracking Document management and regulatory compliance Absence Management and Labor Relations: Monitoring and analysis of absenteeism; implementation of corrective measures Liaison and negotiation with the Workers' Committee Disciplinary Management: Warnings, dismissals, and labor disputes Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Coordination of occupational risk prevention (PPE, workwear, risk assessments, safety committees) Management of mutual insurance companies and follow-up on workplace accidents Projects and Compliance: Equality Plan, salary register, and internal protocols Coordination with labor consultants and legal firms General Services and External Relations: Oversight of general services (facilities, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) Liaison with external agencies and management of subsidies\- * Experience: 5 years.
