Position Summary: We are seeking a Socioeducational Technician to support the management of urban redevelopment processes and provide social accompaniment to affected populations, with special attention to vulnerable groups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in managing socially and community-oriented urban redevelopment processes. 2. Social accompaniment for populations affected by urban interventions. 3. Community intervention and support for groups experiencing social exclusion. At VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action, we are looking for a Socioeducational Service Technician for the Consultancy and Technical Assistance Service of INCASÒL. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Supporting INCASÒL project teams in managing urban redevelopment, rehabilitation, and urban improvement processes, focusing on their social and community dimensions. • Providing social accompaniment to populations affected by urban interventions, particularly during: administrative acquisition of housing, relocation into publicly protected or secondary-market housing, placement in emergency social housing, or eviction. • Conducting social interviews. • Special attention to groups facing social exclusion or vulnerability: immigration, poverty, gender-based and domestic violence, marginalization, etc. • Community-level intervention. • Advising on improving management of relocated housing. • Liaising with external social and institutional stakeholders involved in urban interventions. • Providing consultancy and mediation in community conflict situations. • Preparing social reports. • Qualitative and quantitative recording and collection of interventions and actions; preparation of bimonthly reports and service summaries. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum one-year experience in housing, residential exclusion, or community development. * Bachelor's degree – Social Education * Bachelor's degree – Social Work * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Requirements and Competencies: • MANDATORY: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Social Education. • MANDATORY: Minimum one-year experience in housing, residential exclusion, or community development. • Full proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. • Office software knowledge: proficient in Microsoft Office suite. • Adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork skills. • MANDATORY: A cover letter must be included in the same file as the CV. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: • Weekly working hours: 38 h/week • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, mornings and two afternoons • Remuneration: According to the Social Action Collective Agreement, Senior Graduate Technician (Group II) • Start date: Immediate • Location: Barcelona • Preference given to candidates holding a disability recognition certificate of at least 33%.
