Job Mission A multinational company seeks to hire a Controller to join its Controlling team, reporting directly to the Head of Controlling & Accounting and collaborating closely with a Senior Controller. The role will have a strong analytical focus and actively contribute to continuous business analysis, providing key decision-making information and supporting ongoing process and tool improvement. This is a position with high internal visibility and growth potential. 2. Key Responsibilities Preparation and delivery of Group operational and financial information. Continuous analysis of operational and financial data, as well as key KPIs. Active participation in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analysis of budget variances and follow-up with various departments. Cost control and analysis by cost center. Participation in weekly and monthly reporting meetings. Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Analytical support to various departments and Management. Automation and optimization of reports using the company’s tools. Participation in developing new tools to improve processes, efficiency, and reporting systems. Additional reporting required by Management or the Board. This role is not purely operational; it requires the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and deliver real business value. 3. Professional Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in Controlling or Audit roles (Big4 experience highly valued). Solid foundation in management accounting and knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan. Experience in financial analysis, KPIs, and budget monitoring. Very advanced English proficiency (mandatory). Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar); agile profile with technological tools and automation orientation required.
