Job Summary:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure their proper operation and production continuity.

**Role:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure their proper operation and production continuity.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform corrective repair and maintenance of injection molding machines and industrial robots, including programming and adjustment.
* Repair electrical/electronic and sensor systems in peripheral equipment.
* Document interventions in digital systems (SAP, Excel) to ensure traceability.
* Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on machines, robots, and peripherals according to established plans.
* Propose and implement improvements in production resources, maintenance processes, and area organization.
* Collaborate in analyzing recurring failures and participate in internal follow-up and improvement meetings.
* Collaborate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, as well as improvement and automation projects.
* Provide technical training to operators and technical support during line stoppages, shift changes, or product launches.
* Comply with safety, environmental regulations, and PPE usage requirements, ensuring proper waste management and reporting related incidents.
**Requirements:**
* Vocational training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Automation, or similar field.
* Experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in industrial environments, especially in plastic injection molding.
* Knowledge of repair, adjustment, and commissioning of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
* Programming, adjustment, and fault diagnosis skills for industrial robots, as well as electrical and electronic systems.
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and document technical interventions.
* Participation in process improvement projects and equipment optimization initiatives.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Certifications in industrial robot handling and programming (Engel, Wittmann).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic system diagnostics.
* Training in continuous improvement methodologies.
**Offered:**
* Shift: 4th shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a one-hour break. Working one long week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and one short week (Wednesday, Thursday).
* Contract through an external company
