Position summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the hotel’s facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as addressing incidents arising in various hotel areas. Responsibilities and duties • Repairs to installations including: plumbing, electricity, electronic control systems, welding, painting, industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, fire suppression systems, etc. • Optimization of installations for greater energy efficiency • Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities • Handling of incidents in guest rooms You will interact with all departments, especially Housekeeping and Reception. Externally, your main contacts will be material suppliers and hotel guests. ### **Requirements** • Vocational training in electro-mechanics and air conditioning • English language proficiency (comprehension and spoken communication) is desirable • Proven experience performing similar duties in buildings operating continuously (e.g., hotels, hospitals) • Knowledge of palletizing is desirable ### **Offered** A positive and collaborative work environment.
