Would you like to become part of a success story and decisively contribute—through your work, your ideas, and your personality—to success in the service area? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and allocating assembly-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic role with a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assigned assembly technician team. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly outcomes, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who We Are Looking For** Do you have a structured approach to work and familiarity with the digital world—enabling you to independently manage your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing tasks quickly and successfully?
