Integration and cooperation in the administrative activities of a work team. Client service via telephone and electronic means. Use of operating systems, office applications, and electronic messaging. Handling of documentation and records. Various administrative and support tasks. This is a training contract in alternation, comprising both training (afternoons) and actual work (mornings). The training component is based on a Level 1 Professional Certificate and will be conducted in person in Mataró from Monday to Thursday, 15:00 to 18:00\. Actual work will be performed mornings, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 14:00\. Possibilities for continuation upon completion of the training contract. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time working hours
