We seek a candidate with prior experience working with looms. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead operations to meet production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets. * Prepare looms and configure shedding parameters according to technical specifications (picks, densities, speeds, and tensions). * Adjust mechanisms for shed formation, weft insertion, beating-up, and fabric take-up. * Inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance on loom malfunctions (warp breaks, weft breaks, gripper transfer issues, shed formation errors, beating-up defects...) and mechanical failures. Requirements * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * Preferred: Knowledge of air-jet looms. * Mandatory: \- Experience with gripper looms. + Good spoken Catalan and/or Spanish. + Responsible, meticulous person with strong learning ability. + Personal vehicle.
