The individual serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high-quality service experience from vehicle reception to delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining constant communication with customers, explaining diagnostics and estimates, and advising on recommended workshop services. On a daily basis, the role involves managing repair estimates and tracking the progress of each vehicle. The person coordinates with technicians to meet deadlines and proactively communicates any updates to customers. There is also a commercial component: recommending additional services and preventive maintenance to enhance vehicle performance and safety. Proficiency in the workshop’s digital tools is required to record work orders and documentation. The working environment is an official dealership located in Zona Franca, Barcelona. We seek an organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused candidate. Prior customer service experience—especially in the automotive sector—is highly valued.
