At Pacto ETT, we are seeking to hire a Production Controller for a major food industry company located in RIELLS i VIABREA (GIRONA). Main responsibilities: \* Perform in-line quality controls during the manufacturing process. \* Verify compliance with product quality standards. \* Monitor water parameters and various ingredients and raw materials used in manufacturing. \* Conduct fermentation and cooking tests to validate proper product behavior. \* Record control results and report any issues detected. \* Collaborate with production to ensure compliance with quality standards. \* Participate in product development, validation, and monitoring. \* Deliver technical demonstrations of our products to clients both at our facilities and occasionally at theirs. What is offered? \* Contract with Pacto ETT, with real potential to transition to the client company. \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. \* Approximate gross monthly salary of €2,000. \* Opportunity to join an established company. ### **Requirements** \* Immediate availability. \* Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. \* Positive attitude and strong motivation to work. \* Good communication skills and ease in dealing with customers; methodical, responsible, and organized. \* Strong observational and analytical abilities. \* Proactivity and autonomy. \* Seeking long-term employment stability. Desirable qualifications: \* Training in Food Industries, Food Technology, Quality, Laboratory, or similar (Higher Vocational Training Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree). \* Prior experience in a Quality Department within the food industry. \* Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and traceability. \* Understanding of fermentation and cooking processes.
