**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Mission:**
Install and maintain machinery, performing tasks such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance (service calls and repairs), safety inspections, commissioning, and customer handover of equipment. Also provide technical and commercial advice to customers during on-site technical support visits.
**Key responsibilities and duties:**
**Execution of Technical Service Tasks**
* Perform preventive maintenance using the check\-lists established by KION for each machine model.
* Respond to breakdown notifications and carry out repairs, identifying deficiencies and informing customers—either directly repairing them or obtaining prior approval for a repair quotation.
* Supply spare parts. Identify required spare parts on machines and manage their replenishment.
* Conduct safety tests on machines in accordance with applicable legal technical requirements.
* Assemble new machines, perform commissioning, and hand over machines to customers.
* Prepare repair quotations and spare parts supply quotations, following organizational guidelines.
**Commercial Customer Support**
* Advise customers on all matters related to their machines and services: technical issues, spare parts, recommended and necessary repairs, etc.
* Proactively identify sales opportunities for services, spare parts, new machines, and upgrades for existing machines, inform customers accordingly, and notify your Technical Advisor and/or Regional Manager.
**Generation of Technical Service Reports (BM)**
* Prepare service reports in compliance with organizational guidelines regarding: daily submission, customer signature, classification of service type, identification of spare parts used, etc.
**Management, custody, and care of assigned technical equipment and materials**
* Proper use and maintenance of: workshop vehicle, notebook, mobile phone, tools, equipment, spare parts inventory, and all other assigned materials.
**Education, knowledge \& experience:**
Intermediate or advanced vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics or similar), or at least two years’ experience in the industry as a Maintenance Technician / Repair Technician.
Non-formal education / Languages / Specific knowledge:
* Proficiency in MS Office.
