The selected candidate will be responsible for **covering vacant positions across the company’s various business lines**, ensuring efficient, objective, and team-aligned selection processes. They will also play a key role in staying up-to-date with various **recruitment platforms**, and establishing relationships with **universities, schools, and other institutions** as talent sources. Main Responsibilities * Manage the **entire recruitment and selection cycle**, from defining and publishing job offers to hiring (including contract preparation, Social Security registration, and notification to SEPE). * Conduct **competency- and knowledge-based interviews** (individual interviews, group dynamics, etc.). * Collaborate with **department, zone, or center managers** to understand staffing needs and ensure selection of the most suitable profiles. * Manage and coordinate outsourced processes with **Temporary Employment Agencies (ETTs) and recruitment consultancies**. * Maintain and update the **candidate database**, and identify new recruitment sources based on required profiles. * Promote **continuous improvement of selection processes** to optimize hiring efficiency and quality. * Provide support to other areas within the **Human Talent department**.
