TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS * Mise en Place: collaborate in preparing and cleaning the workstation, equipment, and facilities. * Collaborate in delivering the assigned service, with special attention to the customer. * Clear and clean the service area after service. * Prepare for the next service. * Cashier duties under supervision (greeting customers, managing cash register/POS, bidding farewell to customers). * Recommend food and wine pairings. * Advise customers on wines according to their personal preferences and chosen dishes. * Inform customers about different wine varieties and their prices. * Ensure wines are served at the appropriate temperature and in suitable glassware. * Store opened bottles properly to preserve their flavor
