It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations and undergoing rapid expansion. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in central Barcelona. MAIN TASKS: \- Collaborating with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. \- Performing scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. \- Conducting periodic cleanings as outlined in the established cleaning plan. \- Handling food in compliance with current regulations. \- Inspecting and monitoring kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. \- Collaborating in the execution of menus and menu cards. \- Monitoring and ensuring proper storage and optimal utilization of provided products. ### **Requirements** \- Prior experience as a cook. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. ### **Offered** \- 40-hour weekly contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company.
