Job Summary: We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress in Vic to attend to and serve customers in the dining room, at the bar, and/or on the terrace; manage orders and payments; maintain order and cleanliness; support kitchen operations; and ensure customer satisfaction. Availability for flexible working hours, weekends, and holidays. We are seeking 1 person to join as a Waiter/Waitress at a restaurant located in the municipality of Vic (08500\). Attend to and serve customers in the dining room, at the bar, and/or on the terrace, ensuring fast and high-quality service. Take orders, advise on dishes and beverages, and coordinate with kitchen staff. Prepare and serve drinks and dishes according to workplace instructions. Manage payments and use of the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, bar, and work zones. Prepare the dining area before service and tidy it up after service concludes. Provide support in basic kitchen tasks or food preparation when required. Ensure customer satisfaction and professionally resolve any incidents. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Responsible, dynamic person with a positive attitude. Customer orientation and teamwork ability. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is valued. Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Strong communication skills, speed, and organizational capacity. Ability to work under pressure. Commitment, punctuality, and involvement are valued.
