The main responsibilities include: * Support the Project Manager in achieving the objectives set by management for their projects/construction works. * Supervise project/construction progress on-site, ensuring correct execution (quality and deadlines). * Efficiently manage the assigned team, assigning tasks to individuals and ensuring their completion. * Properly control materials, vehicles and tools assigned to the project/construction work. * Validate delivery notes for materials received at the project/construction site. * Prepare and/or supervise “Work Reports” and “Installation Schedules”. * Prepare and/or supervise “Inspection Point Schedules”. * Implement necessary measures to ensure the safety and health of oneself and the team. * Properly process documents associated with environmental management (e.g., waste delivery notes, certificates, periodic inspections, etc.). Required Qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity and Electronics, Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in companies within the sector is desirable. * Valid driving license class B. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) certification / Preventive Resource (60 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS certification in Electrical Safety (6 hours) + Railway Infrastructure (6 hours) – Construction/Metal sector. * OHS certification in Working at Height. * OHS certification in Confined Spaces.
