Join Aldesa and grow with us!** **Location:** Mallorca **Position:** Project Manager (Traffic, Transportation, and Tunnels) **ACISA**, a subsidiary of Aldesa, specializes in the design, execution, commissioning, and maintenance of complex infrastructures, with a particular focus on traffic, energy, and industrial projects, as well as control, signaling, and communication systems. Within the group, ACISA provides a high level of technical specialization, enabling us to deliver comprehensive solutions based on the integration of advanced installations and technology. Currently, we are looking to hire a **Project Manager** for the **Traffic, Transportation, and Tunnels** area, within the **Mallorca Tunnel Maintenance Service**, a key role to ensure the proper execution, operation, and continuous improvement of these infrastructures. **Your Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage maintenance and installation projects in tunnel and ITS environments. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the technical and economic execution of projects. * Monitor costs, schedules, and quality, ensuring achievement of established objectives. * Manage technical teams and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors. * Supervise traffic systems, tunnels, and associated telecommunications networks. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. **Requirements:** * University degree: Technical or Higher Engineering (Telecommunications or Industrial). * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in installation and/or maintenance projects involving ITS, traffic, or tunnel systems. * Technical knowledge of traffic and tunnel systems, and telecommunications networks. * Experience in project management and economic control. * Leadership ability and client-oriented mindset. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (minimum 60 hours). **What We Offer:** * **Stability**: Employment contract within a solid work environment and long-term projects. * **Continuous Training**: Tailored training programs aligned with your role and professional development. * **Flexible Compensation**: Includes transportation, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
