We are recruiting an Occupational Health and Safety Technician.

We are recruiting an Occupational Health and Safety Technician for our headquarters in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona).
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and update Occupational Health and Safety Plans and Annexes in accordance with established procedures and current legislation.
* Monitor and control implementation of the Prevention System, assess occupational risk factors affecting workers, and verify compliance with applicable regulations.
* Train and inform workers to ensure awareness of existing risks and preventive measures; manage and supervise workers’ personal protective equipment (PPE) to guarantee proper use, prevent accidents, and comply with legal requirements.
* Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, prepare corresponding documentation files, and implement derived preventive measures.
* Coordinate with external prevention services and partner companies regarding health surveillance, ensuring compliance with established procedures and agreements.
* Coordinate visits by Labor Inspection authorities or other entities, providing requested information promptly and accurately in coordination with superiors.
Requirements:
* Higher Technical Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), covering Safety, Hygiene and Ergonomics, and Psychosociology.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as an OHS Technician, preferably in engineering and maintenance sectors.
* Valid Class B Driving License.

* Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week.
Office Hours in Barcelona:
* Monday–Thursday: 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:15; Friday: 8:00–15:00.
* Intensive schedule during July and August: 8:00–15:00 daily.
