




Job Summary: We are seeking a family care worker for the Home Care Service (SAD) in Cornellà de Llobregat to assist dependent individuals at home. Key Highlights: 1. Providing care to people in a situation of dependency The Foundation for the Care of Dependent Persons seeks to hire a person for the SAD (Home Care Service) assistance program in Cornellà de Llobregat. The selected candidate will participate in the SOC’s Work and Training Program. This program is an employment promotion measure enabling unemployed individuals to gain work experience in a real working environment. Its objective is to support unemployed individuals facing greater difficulties entering the labor market by improving their employability through the acquisition of professional competencies via a formal employment contract. This offer targets individuals experiencing long-term unemployment (unemployed for at least 12 months within the last 18 months) and registered with the Catalan Public Employment Service as unemployed jobseekers (DONO), an essential requirement. Tasks specific to the family care worker position in home-based assistance for service users. * Experience: 6 months. Prior experience in similar positions providing care to dependent individuals is highly valued, as is interest in elderly care. * MEDIUM-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Official qualification required (Professional Certification in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Individuals at Home or Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Individuals). \- Interest in providing care to dependent individuals. \- Meeting the call requirements: Candidates must be in a situation of long-term unemployment and registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO) with the Catalan Public Employment Service. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time schedule * Additional relevant information: Working hours distributed from Monday to Friday, morning and/or afternoon shifts.
