When you join us, you become part of our story and help shape our future. **Join us as** **Administrative Internship (Salamanca)** ====================================== #### **Your mission will be:** You will be part of the administrative team supporting our entire operations network, specifically our elevator maintenance services provided to customers nationwide. As a team, our goal is to continue delivering excellent service based on safety and trust: * Support customer advisory and resolution of inquiries. * Assist in document management. * Help with procedures involving public administration, such as the Ministry of Industry. * Handle purchase orders and procurement processes. * Reporting. * Support invoicing processes. #### **What do you need to succeed?** * Degree in Business Administration or currently pursuing similar studies in administration. * Interest in the administrative area of a multinational company. * Eagerness to learn about the world of vertical transportation and urban mobility. * Enthusiasm for teamwork. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Proactivity and strong analytical skills. * High work capacity, problem-solving ability, and service orientation. * It is essential that you have the possibility to establish an agreement with a university or business school. * Availability to work in Salamanca. #### **What we offer:** * The opportunity to improve people's quality of life.
