We seek a person with strong customer orientation, daily involvement in store operations, sensitivity toward fresh produce, ability to work collaboratively, and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and order in the department. **Main Responsibilities and Requirements.** **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and stock goods, ensuring proper preservation and rotation. * Prepare and replenish products on shelves following criteria of freshness, visual appeal, and availability. * Serve and advise customers, delivering a friendly and professional shopping experience. * Monitor product condition and remove items failing to meet quality standards. * Assist in maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the department. * Support inventory counts and stock control for the fruit department. **Requirements:** * Customer orientation and communication skills. * Interest in fresh produce and its proper handling. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility and attention to detail. * Availability to work in a dynamic store environment. * Availability to enter into a substitute contract.
