Would you like to join one of Spain's leading hospitals? We are seeking a **Data Center Operator** to join an important project in **Barcelona**, providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure.
### **What will be your responsibilities?**
* Telephone support and remote assistance to users.
* Resolution of desktop computing and office software incidents.
* Diagnosis, logging, and escalation of incidents to higher-level teams or external vendors when necessary.
* Execution of corrective actions and validation of incident resolution.
* Management and tracking of service requests and incidents.
* Coordination with other technical teams for case resolution.
* Prioritization and tracking of assigned tasks.
* Supervision of technical rooms and the Data Processing Center (DPC).
* Control of access to technical rooms.
* System monitoring and alarm escalation management.
### **Requirements**
* Availability to work **24x7 rotating shifts** (rotation every 4 weeks).
* Customer orientation and service mindset.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Experience in telephone support and shift-based work.
* Prior experience in **Helpdesk**, **Service Desk (SAU)**, or system monitoring is desirable.
* Knowledge of **Active Directory** and **Microsoft Exchange**.
* Experience with **SAP** and backup management tools is desirable.
* **Catalan is mandatory** (conversational level).
