Set tables according to event type and service standards. Answer guest questions regarding menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu-related inquiries, wait times, re-cook requests, and product inventory. Relay guest special dietary requirements, allergies, restrictions, and specific requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of ordering. Confirm guest satisfaction for each course and beverage. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tableware, and glassware throughout the day. Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights. Present guests with accurate, physically printed invoices and process payments. Comply with all company and safety/security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management; and complete safety training and certification. Maintain a clean, professional appearance in uniform and personal grooming; safeguard confidential information; and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs; assist guests with disabilities; and sincerely thank guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
