Set tables according to event type and service standards. Answer guest questions regarding menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu-related inquiries, wait times, re-cook requests, and product inventory. Relay guest special dietary requirements, allergies, restrictions, and specific requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of ordering. Confirm guest satisfaction for each course and beverage. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tableware, and glassware throughout the day. Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights. Present guests with accurate, physically printed invoices and process payments. Comply with all company and safety/security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management; and complete safety training and certification. Maintain a clean, professional appearance in uniform and personal grooming; safeguard confidential information; and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs; assist guests with disabilities; and sincerely thank guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build positive workplace relationships; support the team to achieve common goals; actively listen to and respond appropriately to other employees’ concerns. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information presented in various formats, including small print. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds (approximately 11 kg) without assistance, and move objects exceeding 50 pounds (approximately 23 kg) with assistance. Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to grasp, twist, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and ascend/descend stairs and ramps. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop above and below knee level.
