Therefore, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and eager to grow with us. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the full IT project lifecycle (definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure), applying PMO methodologies. * Supervise the implementation and evolution of **Business Intelligence** and reporting solutions (e.g., SAP BI, MicroStrategy, or similar). * Serve as the liaison point between business areas (Finance, Operations, Commercial) and IT for requirements definition. * Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans (using Microsoft Project or other project management tools). * Manage risks, incidents, and scope changes during project execution. * Coordinate system integration (e.g., CRM, ERP, reporting platforms) and associated data architecture. * Monitor technology vendors and external partners, ensuring SLA compliance and timely delivery of agreed outputs. * Report project status to senior management, using clear progress and outcome indicators. **Education** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * Postgraduate studies in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Intelligence are advantageous. **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within technology consulting and/or the hospitality/tourism sector. * Proven experience leading Business Intelligence and/or SAP system projects. * Experience managing cross-functional teams. * Experience in strategic IT consulting and defining technology roadmaps (desirable). **What We Offer?** At Grupo Hotusa, you will join a leading travel industry company experiencing continuous global growth and expansion, committed to the ongoing professional development of its team.
