Expected start date from late May 2026 (exact date to be determined). **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** Accompany participating individuals in carrying out activities outlined in their Personal Support Plan, agreeing upon the accompaniment schedule in each case based on their needs and the professional’s availability. Participate in biweekly meetings with the Project Coordination team and monthly meetings with each participant’s Support Circle. Prepare monthly accompaniment records and draft the corresponding field diary. **Schedule:** The position offers great flexibility to adapt to the candidate’s availability, under the following collaboration model: **Dedication per user**: Each project participant is assigned a support package of 5 to 7 weekly hours, to be covered by various Personal Assistant profiles. **Working hours management**: Each Personal Assistant may serve as many users as their schedule and availability allow. This enables modular work management: hours from multiple participants can be combined to achieve a broader working schedule. **Flexibility and compatibility**: This format is ideal for individuals wishing to complement a part-time role or other activities, as it allows building a customized schedule based on the number of users served. **Workplace:** Within the community environment of each participating individual, within the municipality of Barcelona and surrounding areas (and vicinity). **Profile:** * Orientation toward direct care * Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and ASD * Knowledge of the supports paradigm * Understanding of the role and functioning of the Personal Assistant **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Flexibility, Technical and personal reliability, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Up to 6 months **Salary:** Less than €12,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 01/06/2026 **End Date of Activity:** 31/12/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 4
