Position Summary: We are seeking a technical architect to prepare quantity surveys, rehabilitation and renovation projects, reports, and supervise and control construction quality. Key Highlights: 1. Working in a team of experienced architects SUSOVENDRELL ARCHITECTS is a team of architects dedicated to drafting building projects at all stages, as well as site management for both renovations and new construction. We work on rehabilitation, renovation, residential construction (single-family and multi-family housing), and industrial buildings. We are looking for a candidate with a technical architect\-surveyor profile to join our office. Main responsibilities include preparing project measurements, developing rehabilitation and renovation projects, drafting reports, supervising construction works, quality control, and execution management. Execution management responsibilities are assumed and signed by the company that manages the office, with no civil liability assigned to the employee. We offer an indefinite-term employment contract governed by the Engineering and Technical Offices Collective Agreement, and a workplace at our office.
