This position requires absolute punctuality, excellent driving skills, and the ability to anticipate the principal’s needs at all times. The ideal candidate combines a calm and professional demeanor with the flexibility and dedication demanded by an ultra\-luxury private service environment. **Responsibilities** * Provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for the principal, family members, and guests within Barcelona and its surroundings. * Plan routes and schedules in advance, taking into account traffic, events, and last\-minute changes — always arriving with a time buffer. * Maintain the vehicle fleet in impeccable condition — cleanliness, regular maintenance, and up\-to\-date documentation. * Support logistics between the household’s properties — transporting items, packages, and coordinating with other staff as needed. * Maintain absolute discretion regarding the principal’s schedule, movements, and personal matters at all times. * Maintain flexibility and availability for early mornings, late afternoons\-evenings, or last\-minute requests — calmly adapting to the household’s rhythm. **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience as a personal or private driver, ideally within a high\-net\-worth (HNW) household, luxury hotel, or executive transport service. * Valid Spanish driver’s license with a clean driving record — minimum 5 years of driving experience preferred. * Fluency in Spanish; a good level of English (B1\+) is a plus for this position. * Strong familiarity with Barcelona and its surroundings, with the ability to plan efficient routes and navigate confidently under time pressure. * Absolute discretion, professionalism, and emotional composure — even in high\-pressure or unexpected situations. * Full availability and flexibility, including early mornings, late afternoons\-evenings, and some weekends as dictated by the household’s calendar. **Benefits** * Exclusive environment: one of Barcelona’s most prestigious private residences * Professional growth * Work alongside top\-tier professionals in a premium luxury setting Due to the nature of this search, the client’s identity remains strictly confidential.
