PROSPECTOR/PROSPECTRESS

Description

Femarec is seeking a Prospector/Prospectress for our Training Department: Interaction with clients and suppliers; prospecting and acquisition of new companies, as well as cross-selling other services offered by the department and the organization. Management of Femarec’s job board: posting job vacancies and managing them through the matching process in labor intermediation. Researching internship placements required for each project; offering all companies/entities the opportunity to collaborate in the training process of participants and/or in the labor integration of participants enrolled in employment insertion pathways. Conducting internship/prospecting workshops aimed at gathering information from participants (availability in terms of schedule, geographic mobility, preferences regarding specific tasks/functions, competency profile) to enable optimal matching between participants and internship companies. Delivering short vocational guidance training sessions aimed at creating a standardized CV for all participants in FEMAREC training programs, as well as introducing key job search tools. Identifying company activities and training visits to enhance participants’ transversal and specific competencies—whether related to productive environments (e.g., company knowledge, sector, corporate structure, occupations, tasks…) or social empowerment (e.g., employability enhancement and capacity building). Ensuring compliance with the objectives of “Programa Incorpora” by La Caixa. Providing labor intermediation services between companies and users, thereby involving the business community in the practice of corporate social responsibility and contributing to identifying employment insertion opportunities for individuals facing additional barriers to social inclusion. Monitoring internship activities, other training activities, and job board operations, including incident management. Advising companies on tax and labor benefits associated with hiring, as well as alternative hiring measures tailored to specific target groups. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. \-At least 2 years’ professional experience performing similar duties as a labor prospector. * Psychology, Pedagogy * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Academic background: \-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy; or \-Diploma in Labor Relations, Social Work, Social Education, Labor Sciences, or equivalent. Technical knowledge: \-Understanding of at-risk groups. \-Familiarity with labor regulations, types of contracts, bonuses, etc. \-Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite and applied commercial management software. \-Catalan language level C. Desired experience: \-Commercial experience in selling products or services. \-Experience working with socially excluded or at-risk groups. \-Teamwork capability and experience. \-Client-facing skills and communication ability. * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1880' to '1881' * Additional relevant information: \-Fixed-term discontinuous contract. \-Salary: 1880.96 euros gross per month, paid in 14 installments. \-Working hours: morning intensive shift, 39 hours per week. \-Start date: September.
