Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Document Management
* Manage administrative documentation to ensure compliance with processes.
* Prepare and update reports, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring information accuracy.
* Perform general office tasks, including filing, calendar management, messaging, and coordination with suppliers to maintain operational order.
Operational Support and Coordination
* Support internal task coordination and ensure efficient management of departmental email and communications.
* Assist with employee onboarding functions and provide support for managing visits, calls, and logistical arrangements.
Profile We Are Seeking
Education and Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
* **Mandatory: Disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher.**
* Proficient command of office software (Microsoft Office suite, etc.).
* Prior experience in reception or customer service is a plus.
