The selected candidate will be key to ensuring excellent service, coordinating with other team members, and continuously safeguarding our customers’ satisfaction. Main tasks: Service management and execution: Deliver efficient dining room service, adhering to the establishment’s quality standards. Customer attention: Greet guests, provide guidance on the menu and wines, and manage orders professionally. Dining room coordination: Ensure proper workflow, order, and cleanliness in the dining area. Incident resolution: Independently handle any customer inquiries or complaints to guarantee a positive experience. Protocol compliance: Strictly adhere to hygiene regulations, food safety standards, and table service protocols. Equipment management: Be responsible for proper use and maintenance of tableware, glassware, and work equipment (POS systems). Inventory support: Assist in monitoring stock levels of beverages and daily operational supplies. Proven prior experience in restaurants of a similar standard. Proficiency in dining room service techniques and protocols. Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude. Language proficiency: English or French. Catalan: excellent level (mandatory). Basic computer skills (POS system management). Experience or knowledge of natural wines is a plus.
