Support in organizing internal events Job Description At Serunion, we are looking for a Restaurant Maitre for an iconic gastronomic venue in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations of the cafeteria and restaurants at the venue, guaranteeing quality service and an excellent customer experience, as well as participating in the organization of small internal venue events. Job Responsibilities Front-of-house operations: Supervision of daily cafeteria and restaurant operations, ensuring service organization and quality standards. Customer service: Primary point of contact in the dining area, managing incidents and ensuring an outstanding service experience. Team coordination: Shift scheduling, task assignment, and supervision of front-of-house staff (waiters, bartenders, and runners). Resource management: Inventory control of cellar stock, operational supplies, and consumables orders. Internal coordination: Communication with kitchen and management to ensure proper service execution. Internal events: Support in organizing and executing small venue events. Continuous improvement: Collecting feedback from customers and staff. Requirements * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in the hospitality and events sector. * Knowledge of food safety protocols, HACCP systems, and product control. * Experience managing operating accounts. * Experience in team management and leadership. * Personal vehicle for commuting. * Minimum language proficiency: fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are valued.
