The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating order management, serving as the liaison between customers and the company, and resolving incidents in collaboration with the operations team within a dynamic and technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities of the Selected Candidate: * Facilitate order management and processing via internal systems and customer portals. * Act as the primary contact point for inquiries and resolve customer incidents. * Coordinate material shipments to customers through courier companies. * Build strong customer relationships by exchanging technical information and delivering exceptional service. * FP2 or Technical Engineering degree. * Experience in the electrical sector. * Basic experience in customer service and order management. * Basic English proficiency (B2 level). * Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
