To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- Negotiate goods and services for all departments within the Head Offices: * Gather requirements from the requesting department * Analyze the request and proactively acquire in-depth knowledge of the specific subject matter * Define KPIs jointly with the requesting department and formulate the negotiation strategy * Handle information within a framework of confidentiality * Conduct tenders with at least three suppliers, establishing multiple rounds of negotiation * Determine negotiation success criteria * Award the optimal option in agreement with the requesting department * Manage contractual documentation * Hold follow-up meetings with contracted suppliers, periodically reviewing agreed terms based on market conditions * Build a broad supplier portfolio, establishing long-term, trust-based win\-win relationships **Are you the person we’re looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Completed university degree * Advanced German language proficiency preferred (otherwise, advanced English proficiency is valued) * Versatility, analytical ability, and management capability Results-oriented mindset and strong team collaboration skills * Additional assets: * Technical knowledge related to the Retail sector * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Office\-Excel * Prior experience in project management/negotiation **What do we offer you?** ---------------------- * We provide theoretical\-practical training tailored to your role, enabling you to successfully tackle every challenge. * From the outset of the selection process, we guarantee objective evaluation criteria.
