If you are motivated to grow within a dynamic and continuously evolving environment, this is your place. **Your mission starts here** Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the **IT Project Manager** will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic technological and digital projects for Fitness Park Spain, ensuring their proper execution in terms of scope, quality, timelines, and budget. The role will play a key part in developing and evolving the company’s digital ecosystem—including mobile applications, corporate website, integration with member management platforms such as Resamania, and e\-commerce channel development—thereby enhancing member experience and supporting business growth. Here, you don’t just manage projects: **you drive the digital initiatives that will accompany Fitness Park’s growth in Spain.** **Your day-to-day at Fitness Park** * Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the company’s strategic technological and digital projects. * Manage the development and evolution of Fitness Park’s mobile applications, ensuring an optimal digital experience for members. * Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate website and associated digital platforms. * Lead the implementation and evolution of the e\-commerce channel, including acquisition processes, online sign-ups, digital payments, and user experience. * Manage the integration and optimization of member management platforms such as Resamania and other corporate systems. * Coordinate technology vendors, digital partners, and external teams, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget control. * Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of internal processes and customer service. * Define functional requirements together with various departments across the company and ensure their correct technical implementation. * Oversee functional testing, deployments, incident resolution, and enhancements of digital platforms. * Develop project plans, schedules, KPIs, and periodic reporting. * Ensure implemented solutions meet required security, data protection, and scalability standards necessary for company growth. **What we’re looking for in you** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * Proven experience in IT Project Manager roles—or equivalent positions—with at least 5 years managing end-to-end technological and digital projects. * Demonstrable experience in mobile application development, corporate website projects, and e\-commerce platform projects. * Experience coordinating external development teams, digital agencies, and technology vendors. * Knowledge of system integration via APIs, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and customer-oriented digital tools. * Prior experience with member management, booking, or similar platforms (e.g., Resamania) is highly valued. * Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, franchising, or multi\-site companies undergoing growth and expansion is especially desirable. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic, growing environments. * Results-oriented profile with excellent organizational and communication skills. * Strong analytical capability, data-driven mindset, and focus on continuous improvement. * Advanced level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
