Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in corrugated cardboard/packaging to lead the maintenance department, ensure proper machinery operation, and manage the team. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership of the maintenance team (10 people). 2. Planning and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Collaboration with production, quality, and occupational health and safety (PRL) departments. Job Description We seek to hire a Maintenance Manager with experience in the corrugated cardboard / packaging sector to lead the maintenance department and guarantee the proper operation, availability, and reliability of production machinery and facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the human team, planning maintenance activities, and coordinating with external companies, ensuring productive continuity and proactively anticipating potential incidents. Main Responsibilities * Management and leadership of a team of approximately 10 people. * Planning, monitoring, and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordination and supervision of external companies, contractors, and technical service providers. * Management and control of technical interventions, scheduled shutdowns, and overtime work. * Analysis of failures and incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Proactive identification of potential failures affecting production and safety. * Ensuring proper operation and availability of corrugated cardboard production machinery. * Collaboration with production, quality, and occupational health and safety (PRL) departments. * Compliance with and monitoring of safety regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL), and industrial maintenance standards. Requirements * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the corrugated cardboard or packaging sector. * Experience managing maintenance teams. * Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Proactive profile oriented toward continuous improvement and incident prevention. * Leadership and communication skills.
