Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed Maintenance and Educator staff member to maintain facilities and provide educational support in daily routines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Basic maintenance of facilities and common areas 2. Support in domestic and logistical tasks 3. Accompaniment in daily routines and cohabitation We seek a responsible, committed individual with an educational vocation to join our team as Maintenance and Educator staff. Main Responsibilities: \- Basic maintenance of facilities and common areas. \- Organization and supervision of the condition of shared areas. \- Support in domestic and logistical tasks of the resource. \- Repair and coordination of maintenance incidents. \- Control of proper use of facilities and materials. \- Accompaniment in daily routines and cohabitation. \- Support and coordination with the technical team regarding the center's therapeutic environment. \- Basic supervision of compliance with cohabitation rules. \- Observation and communication of relevant incidents to the professional team Requirements: \- Driver's license \- Prior experience in maintenance and/or the educational field will be valued. Conditions: \- Temporary contract \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift. \- Salary: As per collective agreement \- Workplace: Ödos Center (Montilla) Work Location: On-site employment
