A leading private center dedicated to elderly care is seeking a Director with vocation, leadership, and experience to assume comprehensive management of the facility. The ideal candidate will combine human sensitivity with organizational ability and strategic vision. Main responsibilities: Overall direction, supervision, and coordination of the residence. Management and leadership of the multidisciplinary team. Interaction with residents, families, and external organizations. Monitoring compliance with healthcare and social protocols and regulations. Preparation and oversight of the center's annual budget. Implementation of continuous improvement projects and person-centered care initiatives. Requirements: University degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Gerontology, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience managing sociosanitary centers. Certified training in Management of Social Service Centers (according to Andalusian regulations). Leadership skills, empathy, and decision-making ability. Knowledge of current legislation in dependency care. Desirable: Prior experience managing private residential facilities. Additional training in team management and care quality.
