##### **You will contribute to ending hunger in the world by ...** You will play a **connecting, facilitating and mobilizing role among the actors of the social protection ecosystem** in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Your objective will be to **lead a social innovation methodology based on multi-actor processes,** integrating both the analysis of causes and effects of food insecurity in the region, as well as the co-design and piloting of solutions. These solutions should help ensure that social protection policies and instruments are sensitive to food security. ##### **The main activities you will carry out are the following:** * **Develop the STOP MALNUTRITION Programme** of the European Social Fund \+ according to the planned framework, achieve established objectives and implement project activities according to the schedule and in coordination with the donor and/or the person leading the programme at Action Against Hunger. * Apply the **social innovation methodology** proposed for this programme and transfer it to working groups composed of social protection stakeholders. * **Identify social protection actors** and/or relevant individuals within the assigned territory. Contact them and ensure their participation in the working groups. * Facilitate successful meetings, initiatives and discussions in line with the programme design. **Mobilize, support and build capacity of the working groups** designated by each participating organization, institution, organization or company to take part in this process, recognizing they will consist of multidisciplinary professionals. * **Implement necessary management, reporting and accountability systems (project cycle)** for project implementation, ensuring compliance with donor and Action Against Hunger guidelines, including document management, proper use of monitoring tools and verification sources. * Actively participate in methodological and coordination working groups established within the programme and the corresponding territorial delegation of Action Against Hunger. ##### **Does this description fit you?** * University degree in **Social Sciences or Health Sciences**: sociology, political science, economics, law, psychology, education, social education, social work, nursing, nutrition or similar. * **Knowledge**/training in the **cycle and processes of Social Innovation**. * **Demonstrable knowledge of public sector and public social protection policies**. * Demonstrable experience in mobilizing multidisciplinary professional teams. * Experience as a community health worker is valued. * Experience in social innovation projects. * Experience working with public policy decision-makers. * **Own vehicle** ##### **Our compensation package:** Joining a multicultural, professional and innovative organization committed to equality and equipped with an Equality Plan to mainstream its commitments across all areas.
