Description

This position focuses on the operation and maintenance of specialized equipment within an industrial manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include tooling management, direct support to production lines, and close collaboration with the maintenance team. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and practical knowledge of machinery to ensure operational continuity. The function is essential for maintaining efficiency and quality in production processes, serving as a critical link between technical planning and practical execution in the workshop. Work takes place in a dynamic environment that combines routine preparation tasks with active resolution of technical issues arising during manufacturing. Custody and organization of tooling and fixtures constitute an integral part of the role, ensuring all necessary tools are available and in optimal condition for use. Smooth communication with production technicians and shift supervisors is required to coordinate fixture changes and adjust manufacturing schedules according to planning requirements. Additionally, the position involves cleaning, functional verification, and replacement of wear parts in molds and equipment, all aimed at minimizing downtime and optimizing overall area productivity. Salary is set in accordance with the applicable sectoral collective agreement, offering employment stability. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering morning and afternoon periods.
