DESCRIPTION Would you like to lead a restaurant where customer experience, team spirit, and Asian culture are at the heart of everything? ‍ We are looking to hire a **Restaurant Director** for our restaurant **Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar** — does that sound right for you? Your mission will be to lead operations, your team, and restaurant performance — serving as both an example and a reference point for your team. You will set the pace and ensure everything runs perfectly. On a typical day, you will: Ensure the best possible customer experience by maintaining service quality and the restaurant’s image. Lead, train, and develop your team, supporting their professional growth. Organize restaurant operations: scheduling (Mapal), incident management, and ensuring smooth daily functioning. Manage weekly orders, stock, and monthly inventory. Analyze restaurant performance: sales tracking, cost control, and customer satisfaction (Cover Manager). Ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on split shifts (lunch and dinner services). At least one year of prior experience leading front-of-house teams or managing restaurants (casual dining experience is a plus). ‍ Strong leadership skills and a genuine focus on customer experience. Proficiency with tools such as: **Mapal**, **Cover Manager**, and **Microsoft Office** or similar. Strong organizational abilities, proactive problem anticipation, and agile decision-making.
