Professional stability and development **POSITION MISSION** Lead the company’s digital transformation process by integrating systems across different departments (agricultural production, logistics, costs, HR, administration, and sales) to enhance operational efficiency, traceability, and decision-making. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement a digital transformation project for the agricultural sector. * Analyze the technological needs of various company departments (agricultural production, logistics, costs, HR, etc.). * Define system architectures and information flows between departments. * Coordinate with different departments to align operational processes and technology. * Serve as the technical liaison with agricultural software vendors and technology solution providers. * Ensure information quality, security, and traceability. * Document processes, systems, and technical decisions. * Support management in making technology-related decisions. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Computer Engineering. * Solid knowledge of: * System and enterprise application architecture * Relational databases * System integration and APIs * Information security * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially operational departments. * Strategic vision and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Experience coordinating or leading technology projects. **OFFERED** * **Indefinite-term contract**. * Join a **strategic modernization project** within an established agricultural company. * Medium- and long-term professional stability and development. * Full-time position: * Working hours: 8:00 – 14:00 / 16:00 – 19:00 * **Salary: €1,500 – €1,900 gross/month** (extra pay prorated). Equivalent to **€18,000 – €22,800** gross/year. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in the agricultural, agri-food, or industrial sector. * Knowledge of traceability systems, campaign-based cost control, or production management. * Experience in integration projects or enterprise management tools. * Ability to understand “field-level” operational processes and translate them into technological solutions.
