FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Description

We are seeking personnel to join a food industry company located in Venta de Baños. The position is part-time, with a temporary contract and rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Prior experience in production lines or food handling is considered an advantage. Selected candidates will be responsible for product packaging and boxing, quality control of finished products, palletizing, and dough preparation followed by rolling. Additionally, there are opportunities for internal promotion to positions such as machine operator, roller operator, or dough mixer. Full availability to work rotating shifts is required, as well as a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Hiring begins with ad-hoc days, followed by formalization into a weekly contract that may extend up to one and a half years. Remuneration complies with the company's collective bargaining agreement and includes a night-shift allowance, as well as bonuses for attendance and shift rotation.
