Main responsibilities include participating in food manufacturing or packaging processes, adhering to quality and safety protocols. The work environment is dynamic, located within an industrial plant, as part of a team ensuring operational efficiency and continuous line flow. The contract type is fixed-term discontinuous, with the possibility of transitioning to a direct contract with the company. No prior experience is required, enabling entry into the industrial sector. Previous experience in similar environments will be valued, along with a proactive attitude, willingness to work, and commitment to responsibilities. A base hourly wage plus supplements is offered, in accordance with current regulations. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, requiring flexibility. This position enables the development of practical skills in a productive and stable environment, directly contributing to the plant’s daily operations. No prior experience is required.
