Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible production operator to supervise and operate film and plastic rewinding machinery, ensuring quality in packaging manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in packaging. 2. Ability to work in a team and proactivity. 3. Emphasis on quality and attention to detail in production. We need a person to work in production in Aldeamayor de San Martín. The main task will be operating and supervising machines for rewinding film and plastic — a critical step in packaging manufacturing. This includes operating the rewinding machine, transforming and cutting reels as required for each order. Visual inspection of materials will also be conducted to ensure everything is perfect, and any issues will be reported. In addition, simple machine adjustments will be performed, materials will be prepared, and the final product will be packaged. It is essential that the candidate has excellent attention to detail and cares deeply about quality. Maintaining a clean workplace and adhering to safety and quality standards will be fundamental. Prior factory experience — especially in packaging or graphic arts — will be valued, but most importantly, the candidate must be eager to learn and demonstrate competence for the role. We seek someone with initiative, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills to ensure success. This is a temporary contract with potential extension. Full-time work on rotating shifts will be required, facilitating a balance between personal life and work.
