At Eosol Group, we’re looking for a **Site Manager** with at least 2 years of experience for an extremely exciting project in the wind energy sector. **What will you do on a daily basis?** You’ll be the boss—and the soul—of our wind project and its substation supervision. Your mission is to ensure everything runs smoothly, from sunrise to sunset. You’ll oversee construction, so you’ll need eagle-eyed attention to detail—nothing can slip through the cracks! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Top-tier supervision** of all operations at the wind project site. ‍‍ * **Team management** like a true leader—motivating your team and ensuring safe, efficient work. * **Control of schedules and budgets** as if they were your own, keeping the project on track. * **Guaranteeing compliance with all safety and quality regulations.** Safety first! * **Resolving any unforeseen issues** that arise—calmly and with creative solutions. * **Maintaining smooth communication** with all stakeholders: team members, suppliers, clients—you’ll be the linchpin! * **Ensuring all grid and substation-related work** is in perfect condition and correctly integrated. You’ll be the subject-matter expert! **What are we looking for in you?** * **Minimum 2 years’ prior experience** as a Site Manager or in a similar role—proving you know what you’re doing! * **Specific experience in wind energy projects**, because we know our sector well—and we want someone who does too. * **Solid knowledge of electrical grids and/or substations**—this is critical for this role! * An **organized, solution-oriented, and highly proactive** individual.
