




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering professional with solid experience in project management and the industrial sector to lead and coordinate technical teams, ensure adherence to schedules and regulations, and resolve technical incidents. Actively participate in resolving technical incidents on-site. We seek a professional with a strong engineering education and proven experience in project management and the industrial sector. Key responsibilities will include detailed planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects—from plant expansions to continuous improvement initiatives. The objective is to ensure all projects meet the most stringent deadlines, budgets, and quality standards—including ISO 9000—and environmental regulations. Strong leadership and coordination skills for both internal technical teams and external collaborators or suppliers will be required, along with effective supervision of their work. Direct oversight of facilities and active participation in resolving technical incidents on production lines will be essential. Fluent technical communication with suppliers, clients, and management will be a key aspect of this role. Knowledge of electricity, industrial installations, blueprint interpretation, and applicable regulations will be valued. Experience with project management methodologies will be a strong plus. This full-time, temporary position offers a dynamic working environment. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in the industrial sector, with demonstrated expertise in engineering project management and production lines. Advanced knowledge of electricity, industrial installations, blueprint interpretation, and ISO 9000 regulations. Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 will be advantageous. Leadership capability, operational autonomy, and a strong problem-solving focus in manufacturing environments are required. Ability to perform both managerial and hands-on supervisory tasks on-site.
