Fully owned by **Grupo Seresco**, we launched our activities with a clear positioning: making artificial intelligence a strategic capability—integrated into critical processes and designed from day one to deliver efficiency, productivity, and better decision-making. ##### **What You Will Do?** As a **Junior Big Data \& AI Engineer**, you will work alongside experienced engineers and architects on innovative projects, learning from day one and actively contributing to the development of data and AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * Designing and developing data pipelines. * Building ETL/ELT processes on cloud platforms. * Developing notebooks in PySpark using Azure Databricks. * Developing applications in Scala \& Python aimed at standardization and reusability. * Integrating and transforming data from diverse sources. * Collaborating on Machine Learning and Generative AI projects. * Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise solutions. * Applying software development best practices and quality assurance principles. * Participating in technical reviews and learning from a highly specialized team. ##### **What Can We Offer You?** * Full-time employment * Permanent contract * Professional career development, based on individual contribution * 100% remote position Additionally, if you join the **Grupo Seresco** team, you’ll be eligible for the following **benefits**: * 22 working days of vacation plus 2 flexible days and either Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve off. * Flexible working hours; we enjoy three months of continuous morning shifts annually. * Exclusive discounts across numerous services and products (travel, automotive, fashion, leisure, sports, culture, home, technology, gastronomy, etc.) via the Corporate Benefits platform. * At SERESCO, you can configure how to allocate part of your gross salary (Serflex program), allowing flexible usage. We seek individuals eager to learn, solve problems, and grow professionally within the data and Artificial Intelligence domains. We would like you to have: * A degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience (internships or personal projects are also valued). * Knowledge of Python and SQL. * Interest in Data Engineering, cloud technologies, and Artificial Intelligence. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Strong motivation to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
